Spinach – Artichoke Casserole

3 12oz boxes of frozen chopped spinach (thawed & drained)
12 oz marinated artichoke hearts (drained)
1 medium onion - chopped
16 oz sour cream
16 oz grated Parmesan cheese
A few pats of butter
Dash of salt and pepper

Directions:
Grease casserole dish with Pam or butter and set oven to 350 degrees.
Sautee onion in a few pats of butter.
Add drained spinach and artichoke hearts (warm through and take off stove top).
Stir in sour cream, half of cheese (1 cup), dash of salt & pepper to taste.
Put in greased casserole dish.
Cover the top with remaining cheese.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour Enjoy!

I was blessed to participated in my first book signing at RWA's Literacy for Life 2010 Literacy Autographing.  In two hours, 3,600 fans and 500 participating authors helped raise $55,000 for literacy. Awesome!

Caros is here! I have the very best friends in the world! We all congregate at Writers AtPlay. When one of us sells our first book, we send a bear (or in C.L. Wilson's case a panther with wings <g>) that best symbolizes one of our main characters. My bear is Gladiator Caros. Isn't he adorable! Thanks Playgrounders! I love him and every one of you!
